Apple Gift Card Promotion Terms & Conditions

This offer is made available at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.’s (“Schwab”) discretion and is valid from September 17, 2012, to June 28, 2013, for individuals who make a qualifying net deposit of $50,000 or more into a retail brokerage account. Net deposits must be completed within 45 days of enrollment in the offer (“Enrollment”). Net deposits are assets deposited into the account on or after Enrollment and on or before the 45th day after Enrollment, minus assets withdrawn from the account during the same time period, and will be calculated daily. You must maintain the net deposit amount (less market losses, if any) in the account for at least 12 months or Schwab may charge back the value of the Apple Gift Card. This offer is limited to one Apple Gift Card per client.

Upon confirmation of your qualifying net deposit, you will receive a redemption code to be redeemed for a $200 Apple Gift Card (“Apple Gift Card”) through a third-party provider, Links Unlimited, Inc., which will expire 90 days from the last day of the month in which it is issued. The Apple Gift Card can be applied only to purchases in the United States from an Apple Retail Store, the Apple Online Store, or Apple Telesales. Apple Gift Cards may not be redeemed at the iTunes Store; through any Apple resellers; through any AT&T, Verizon, or Sprint retail or online stores; or outside the United States. Apple Gift Cards cannot be applied as payment to any account and cannot be used to purchase additional Apple Gift Cards, mobile phone contracts, or service plans.
