Scott has a bachelor of business administration degree from Arkansas Tech University, a juris doctor degree from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and an LLM (master of laws) degree in taxation from the University of Denver.

Tim is a senior financial planner in Phoenix, Arizona. He holds securities registrations in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Since joining Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. in 2000, Tim has served in several capacities. As a business development specialist, he assessed client and prospect needs and proposed suitable solutions. He also worked as a Financial Consultant in the Anaheim, California, Investor Center. His responsibilities included planning and investment guidance for clients with complex financial situations.

Tim served on active duty with the U.S. Army in Germany and completed his service in the Hawaii Army National Guard, achieving the rank of captain.
