Prior to his current role, Fritz worked at Lehman Brothers, cofounded and served as President of Saugatuck Securities, Inc., and served as Director of Global Funding for the Boston Safe Deposit & Trust Co. (U.K.) Ltd. in London, England. Fritz is a graduate of Connecticut College and received his MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa in Barcelona, Spain.
