As market director of fixed income overseeing the Northeast region, William educates Financial Consultants, clients, and prospective clients about fixed income investing and the resources available at Schwab.

Prior to his current role, William, a 15-year fixed income veteran, was a senior analyst for U.S. Trust and Nuveen Investments, where he invested capital across the fixed income markets. More recently, he provided education and guidance to clients on investments and opportunities in the fixed income markets as a product specialist.

William earned his bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Rollins College and his master of business administration degree in finance from New York University.

As a senior manager with Charles Schwab, Susan leads the Northeast Private Client group. Susan has been with Schwab for over 16 years and was previously with Merrill Lynch and Dean Witter. She has 20 years of industry experience and has worked in various leadership and client-facing roles. Susan is responsible for overall retention, growth, and the client experience for 1,300-plus fee-based clients and $1.5 billion in assets.

Susan holds a master's degree in financial planning from the College for Financial Planning in Denver and an undergraduate degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater.
