Manage Your Plan Account
There are several convenient ways for you to manage your Plan account and connect with Schwab Retirement Plan Services, Inc.
WEBSITE
You can manage your Plan account online. To view your Plan account statements, reports, and transaction con rmations online, go to workplace.schwab.com. From the My Account tab, click on History & Statements. You’ll nd all your documents under the Statements and Reports tab.
PHONE
You can access your Plan account 24 hours a day by phone by calling 800-724-7526. If you prefer to speak to someone, Participant Services Representatives are available from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday.
CHAT
The live chat feature lets you quickly reach a Participant Services Representative online. To start a chat session, follow these steps:
• Log in to workplace.schwab.com.
• Click on the Live Chat link.
A chat window will pop up, and you’ll be instantly connected to a live Participant Services Representative. Chat is available Monday through Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET.
