Decide how much to save.
Decide which investments are for you. ACT NOW! ENROLL.
CONFIRM YOUR EASY ENROLLMENT NOW.
• Go to workplace.schwab.com or for on-the-go access download the Schwab Workplace Retirement App.
• Click Register Now to establish your login credentials.
• Log in to your Retirement Plan account and click Go
under Easy Enrollment.
With the push of a button, you will be enrolled at a pre-tax savings rate of 6% and your contributions will be automatically invested in an age-appropriate target date fund.
Prefer to make your own elections?
Click Go under Manage On Your Own (or under Manage My Own Selections if you
are using the mobile app) to choose your
own investment and savings elections.
ENROLL BY PHONE.
• Call 1-800-724-7526.
• Enter your requested personal information followed by
the “#” key.
• You’ll be asked to enter your password or PIN. If you don’t know your password or PIN, press “0” and you will be transferred to a Participant Services Representative.
• The representative will ask you some questions to verify your identity and authenticate your Retirement Plan account.
• Once your information has been verified, tell the representative you would like to enroll in the Allscripts Retirement Savings Plan.

For information about your options if you have assets in a qualified retirement plan with a previous employer, call Participant Services at 1-800-724-7526 from
7 a.m. to 11 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, or go
to workplace.schwab.com.
After reviewing your options, if you decide to roll over an existing account into the Retirement Plan, you can download the rollover form or request this paperwork from Participant Services.

DON’T FORGET TO COMPLETE YOUR BENEFICIARY DESIGNATION ONLINE.
• It is important and only takes a minute to go online and designate the beneficiary for your Retirement Plan account.
• This lets Schwab Retirement Plan Services, Inc. and Allscripts know how to direct your Retirement Plan account balance in the event of your death.
