Enrollment Instructions
Follow these steps to enroll in the Plan.

Log on to workplace.schwab.com during the open enrollment window. Go to the Plan Participant Login box.
• EnteryourloginIDandpassword(useyourcurrentloginIDandpasswordfortheRetirementPlan).
• Ifyouhaveforgottenyourpasswordorneedassistanceduringtheenrollmentprocess,callParticipantServices
at 800-724-7526 between 6:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. CT, Monday through Friday.
Select Login. Then choose American Century Executive Deferred Compensation Plan.
Select Enroll.
Review your deferral, distribution, and investment elections as provided through the enrollment window unless this is your initial enrollment.
Select one of the following options:
• Proceedwithenrollment • Retaincurrentelection
• Donotwishtoparticipate
Then select Continue and follow the instructions provided based on your election.
Select Confirm to register your enrollment elections.
Print and save your Enrollment Confirmation.
Designate or review your beneficiary(ies) for your Plan account by selecting Beneficiaries under the My Profile tab. This beneficiary designation is separate from any beneficiary designation(s) you may have in the Retirement Plan.

Once you have completed the required steps, you will be enrolled in the Plan for the upcoming calendar year.
