The following education guide will give you an overview of how the Allscripts Retirement Savings Plan (the “Retirement Plan”) works. • Pre-tax contributions, which allow your Retirement Plan account to potentially grow tax-deferred, as well as after-tax Roth 401(k) contributions.

Manage your Retirement Plan account
You can enroll, view your Retirement Plan account information, request investment information, and make changes to your investments and contributions.

You can manage your Retirement Plan account online. Select Register Now to establish your login credentials and access
your account.

You can access your Retirement Plan account 24 hours a day by phone at 1-800-724-7526. If you need to speak with someone, Participant Services Representatives are available Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 11 p.m. ET.
Review your Retirement Plan account statements.
You will receive a Retirement Plan account statement on a quarterly basis.
You can choose to access your quarterly Retirement Plan account statements electronically by logging in to your Retirement Plan account and viewing them online. Statements are archived online for your future reference.
