Hole #17

  • Number 17. No real choice here. Even if we need a birdie, there’s nowhere to be aggressive off the tee. Everyone hits a long iron over the trees on the right, finishing on the left side of the fairway. From this point, we can choose to go flag hunting with a 9-iron or pitching wedge.

This is a sneaky, tough hole. Keep your tee shot short and left of the fairway bunker to open up the entry to the green. A fairway wood or long iron off the tee is generally the best play. Missing the green right, left, or long brings bogey into play.
