Hole #4
-
Number 4 is more uphill than it looks on TV, but we cannot be long. Long is dead. Short is our preferred miss. We can even live with the front left bunker because the bunkers here are so good, and we’d rather have an uphill pitch.
This long, straight par 3 requires a clever tee shot to a humpbacked Maxwell green. A low stinger may crawl up the steep front bank but an aggressive shot risks going over the green into the back chipping area.
